While there, Andrea has led employee initiatives through the company’s recent extreme growth, including successfully overseeing 18 acquisitions and the integration of more than 700 new employees.

She is directly responsible for streamlining HR practices through technology integration, implementing new policies and best practices, and aligning a diverse culture across more than 1,000 employees.

Benefits Solutions Senior Manager, Entertainment Partners
At Entertainment Partners, Christy oversees the benefits program for the company’s complex, 15,000-life, multi-state group of employees. She currently manages benefits design, annual carrier negotiations and renewals, open enrollment process, and employee communications and education programs.

Christy is passionate about finding new ways to reach employees, educating them about the benefits available to them and how to make the best choices for themselves and their families.

Director, HR Operations, Meruelo Group, LLC
At Meruelo Group, Tammy oversees the benefits plans for all Team Members, continually working to make coverage more expansive and costs more affordable for the company’s 6,000+ employees.

She previously served as Corporate Director of Employee Benefits at Prime Healthcare, where she transformed the company’s self-funded benefits plan into a robust offering that covered 50,000 members across 48 hospitals and 14 states. Her oversight helped Prime save ~$100 million during her 10-year tenure.
